Responsibilities:
. Provide support on recruitment logistics including job posting and initial application screening
. Perform general administrative work such as data entry, filing, reception duties etc.
. Other ad hoc duties as assigned
. Available to work for 3 days per week is highly preferred
Requirements:
. Diploma holder
. Hard working, pleasant personality with good communication skills
. Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese/Mandarin
. Basic knowledge in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
. Welcome university student
