Experience in technical support, familiar with broadband/ mobile would be an advantage;
Provide remote technical support via helpdesk hotline and emails;
Perform standby or emergency call-out duty;
Experience in Windows, MS Office, Linux, E-Mail applications and etc;
Candidate with more experience will be considered for Assistant System Specialist.
Remarks:
Monthly salary: Up to HK$15K (depends on candidate’s experience);
5-day work;
Working location: New Territories/ Kowloon;
