What you would be doing?
- Identify suitable candidates and clients to be matched with each other
- Screening, Interviewing, Selecting and preparing candidate profiles for clients
- Manage entire 360 recruitment process to ensure required deadlines are met
- Coordination between Clients & Candidates for meetings
- Business Development of new Candidates and Clients through prospecting for leads
What we need from you?
- Diploma or above in Sales & Marketing, Business, Human Resources or related discipline is an advantage
- Outgoing with excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to present ideas fluently in written and spoken English, Chinese is an advantage
- Good technical skills with Microsoft Office and other apps
- Recent graduates are welcome to apply
