Responsibilities
· Prepare invoices, payment vouchers andreceipts
· Handle general accounting data entries andcheque issuing
· Assist to carry out month end closing
· Liaise with various departments foroperation matters
· Assist in daily accounting andadministration works
· Perform other ad hoc assignments &monthly reports as assigned
Requirements
· Certificate or Diploma in accounting orrelated discipline
· Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
· Well versed in PC and Microsoft Officeapplications
· Accurate and efficient in data entry
· Hard-working, well organized, willing tolearn, flexible and patient
· Less experience will be considered asAssistant Accountant II
· Fresh graduate will also be considered
