Responsibilities: 

Ÿ Handle incoming service requests, incidents and problems via phone, in person, remote control or email 

Ÿ Provide first level support and remote troubleshooting for end users 

Ÿ To be a team leader for helpdesk service delivery 

Ÿ Record calls into the call logging system 

Ÿ Manage IT asset inventory 

Ÿ Follow up the calls’ status and coordinate with deskside engineers to solve the case 

Ÿ Perform ad hoc IT support duties as assigned     

Requirements: 

Ÿ Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or equivalent 

Ÿ 3 years of IT helpdesk experience (with at least 1-year team leader / supervisor experience is highly preferred) 

Ÿ Good customer service and problem-solving skills 

Ÿ Mature, reliable and can work independently 

Ÿ Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage 

Ÿ Immediately available is preferred 

Ÿ Shift duty may be required
