Main Responsibilities:
To review and comment the marketing materials and consolidate all feedback to business partners
To develop, implement and enhance new & existing Call Center System projects such as Cardlink, LOS, CSS, Siebel, BOSS, VRU etc
To review the Functional Specification, User Requirements & Test Plan and then to consolidate comment / feedback from internal users
Attend User Requirement meeting for requirement discussion with ITD,ODD & Vendors
Prepare UAT test cases & set up UAT environment
Conduct UAT testing to ensure the new system setting are up to user requirement standard
Assist Manager to ensure smoothly migration of system within the department
Assist front-line staff to smoothly migrate to the new replacement system
Requirements:
University graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent with minimum 3 years working experience preferably in retail banking / consumer products, or lower academic qualifications with substantial years of relevant experience.
Good knowledge of functional test automation, test management tools and practices
Logical thinker, result-oriented and with project handling, problem solving and analytical skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to deal with different parties
A wide knowledge of IT hardware, software, operations and networks
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
