Telesales (Health Management)
Our client offers 5 days’ work per week. Compensation package includes basic salary, commission, study assistance plan, non-contributory pension scheme, life & medical benefit, annual leave, examination leave, on job training etc.
Responsibilities:
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls to promote product to existence customers and new business
• Achieved assigned sales target
• Maintain good relationship with clients, provide exceptional customer service
• Handle customer’s enquiries, compliants and applications in professional manner
Requirements:
• DSE or above
• Good telephone manner, communication and interpersonal skill
• Self-motivated, hard-working
• At least 1 year call center experience or Telesales related experience
