*URGENT* Benefit Ambassador x 2 ($16,000-20,000/mth), 4 months contract
Working Days: Monday – Friday (5 days per week)
Normal Working Hour: 9:00am – 6:00pm, 9 hours per day
Working Location: Quarry Bay
Responsibilities
- Provide support in the Helpdesk to answer inquiries about the program and assist on online enrollment
- Attend all member briefings
- Provide support after enrollment window on ad hoc tasks
- Provide support to prepare the communication materials & UAT
- Willing to report duty in different office locations
Requirements:
- Diploma or above with Customer Service experience is preferred
- Quick Learner & Must be Fluent in English & Cantonese
- Good communication skills & Interpersonal
- PC Skills (Excel & PowerPoint) is a must
