The Company
- Global Ecommerce platform
- Looking for candidates for [Accounting Executive] [Reporting Executive] to join their team
The Role
- Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
- prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
- Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
- Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
- Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database
- Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
- Liaise with internal counterparts and perform ad-hoc assignment as when required
The Candidate
- High Diploma or above, preferably in Accounting and Finance disciplines
- 1 to 3 years of accountancy experiences (AP or AR assistant role)
- Welcome fresh graduate with Internship/ Part time experience
- Proficient in MS office, outlook, words power point and excel
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
Benefit
- Monthly Salary up to 20k
- Discretionary Bonus
- 5-day work week (Mon- Fri/ 8:30-5:30)
