 Job Requriments 

  • Maintain and review the existing membership services and system  
  • Input member data and checking  
  • Answer member enquiries and handle member complaints  
  • Department documents sorting filing, copying, faxing , scanning and printing  
  • Outgoing for collection and delivery of documents  
  • Perform other duties as directed by departmental superiors 

Required:  

  • F.5 graduated or above 
  • Good communication in both English and Chinese  
  • Hand-on experience of MS Office applications  
  • Clerical experience is preferable
