Job Responsibilities:
- Provide customer services including order processing, sales documentation
- Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries (No Sales is required)
- Liaise with internal departments to solve customer problems and request
Requirements:
- HKDSE/High Diploma
- At least 1 year of related work experience in customer services
- Teamwork, good service attitude and self-motivated
