 - 具領導才能,有責任感及能獨立處理店舖一切營運事宜。  

 - 計劃、制定、溝通並委派任務給分店中能夠勝任的夥伴,確保分店營運順暢。 

 - 推動,制定,實施分店行動計劃並激勵和指導分店夥伴。  

 - 持續評估分店環境和業務指標,鼓勵及指導團隊達到營運目標。   

 - 主動瞭解顧客需要。良好溝通技巧及具團隊精神。 

 - 積極及定期評估夥伴工作表現並提供回饋,設定目標推動夥伴工作表現,運用表現管理工具促進團隊達成目標。
