 Role and Responsibilities:

● Work with sales and product teams to validate strategic plans and build go-to-market customer based strategies; 

● Lead residential products and solution projects and programs to success via measurable outcomes linked to business objectives; 

● Lead product teams including engineering, product development, products management as the voice of the customer to conceptualize, develop, launch and drive adoption of new products into marketplace;

● Monitor technology and market trends, responsible for planning, development and completion of new OEM healthcare product lines; 

● Responsible for supplier selection and management, OEM factories screening, investigation and assessment, monitoring the products quality; 

● Develop and implement overall marketing and brand strategy in Greater China market, including business development strategy in order to drive profitable sales and brand growth; 

Qualifications and Required Attributes:

● Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related discipline; 

● Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in managing healthcare products and/or promoting projects, preferably with experience in sales management; 

● Proactive, data-oriented, detail-minded, energetic and willing to explore; 

● Fluent in Mandarin, willing to travel to Mainland China is preferred; 

● Extensive knowledge of Mainland China and experience of working with Mainland customers are preferred.
