Senior/ Project Manager (50K, LED & lighting/ building materials) - Ref. 1489

• Degree or above;
• 5 years or above experience in project management, of which 2 years or above project experience related to LED and lighting/ building materials;
• Experienced as contractor is a plus;
• Responsible for identifying and delivering innovative solution for LED lighting and building solutions;
• Manage full cycle of project from planning to delivery and installation depending on customers’ requirements;
• Conduct validation assessment to ensure proposed design can meet and fulfill customers' requirements and expectation;
• Investigate technical problems, present the technological capabilities, and manage change requests;
• Good communication, negotiation, interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Build and maintain good relationships with Developers, Engineering Consultants, Architects, Contractors and Designers to explore business opportunity;
• Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese);
• The role will be based in Hong Kong and mainly handle HK projects;
• Occasional travel to PRC is required;
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Project Manager.

Remarks:

• Monthly salary: Basic HK$40K-50K (depends on candidates' experience/ skill);
• 5-day work: Quarry bay 
• Good fringe benefits will be provided.
