Responsibilities:
· Handle inquiries from a premium dedicated groupof members in a proactive, efficient and tactful manner via inbound &outbound call, email, fax/letter.
· Analyse members’ feedback and address any issuesin an efficient manner
· Coordinate with internal departments to ensuremembers receive the outstanding service throughout their journey
· Coordinate with related party to handle RVSPevents which includes inviting members by call, updating attendance list andpreparing summaries
· Explore and identify upselling/cross-sellingopportunities is a credit
Requirements:
· At least 2 - 3 year experience in Airlinesindustry with customer service
· Degree holder, preferably in Aviation andTourism relevant discipline
· Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin andgood writing style in English and Chinese
· Strong communication, interpersonal &presentation skills
· System knowledge of MS Office and travel/airlinebooking systems is a must
