職責:

- 解答家長/學生/導師查詢

- 配對補習請求

- 提供良好售後服務

要求:

- 中學程度，無需經驗，應屆DSE畢業生可考慮(不考慮暑期工)

- 流利廣東話

- 懂普通話及英文優先考慮

- 熱愛與人溝通、有耐性及愛心

- 具解難能力及學習能力

- 電腦中文打字每分鐘最少30字

福利:

- 寫字樓工， 一星期五天工作 (0900-1830)(三天平日+兩天週末)，需紅日上班，可補假

- 10天有薪年假，13個月糧及花紅

薪酬: 每月 $10,000.00 - $12,000.00 (可商議)

Responsibilities:

1. Helps Employer’s clients to find best and suitable tutors.

2. Gives assistance to our clients to solve any problems they encountered when using Employer’s service.

3. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

4. Able to lead our customer service team to success step by step and keep improving our customer service and system.

Remuneration and benefits:

We offer 5-day-work with competitive packages, performance bonus, Salary Adjust every year based on performance.

Salary:

$10,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month (Negotiable)
