  • Maintain a filing system
  • Perform office administration duties
  • Prepare expense / Income report
  • To handle ad-hoc duties
  • Handle with all tenancy related matters including lease negotiation and documentation on new lettings and renewals;
  • Arrange for supervising repairs, maintenances and overall property management of the properties;
  • Liaise and cooperate with tenants, landlords, real estate agents, government bodies and external contractors.
  • Communicate and solve the enquires and complaints of landlords and tenants
  • Handle clients’ enquires
  • Assist in project management and reporting to both Directors and General Manager
