Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to premium member in order to ensure the service quality
  • Handle premium member inquires and complaints via inbound or outbound call, email, fax and letter in a professional manner
  • Determine and satisfy premium members’ needs and expectation
  • Assist to the related events by inviting premium member, updating attendance list and preparing all the requirements as needed

Requirements:

  • At least 2 - 3 year experience in Airlines industry with customer service
  • Degree holder, preferably in Aviation and Tourism relevant discipline
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin and good writing style in English and Chinese
  • Strong communication, interpersonal & presentation skills
  • System knowledge of MS Office and travel/airline booking systems is a must
