Job Info
Responsibilities:
- Identify market needs, source and recruit new ICT solution partners; develop end to end customer solutions to drive business growth.
- Develop external channels or sales forces and respective incentive schemes to drive sales volume.
- Initiate joint marketing activities with partners, such as seminars and workshops to enhance customer awareness and service adoption.
- Ensure flawless operation flow, included but not limited to working with product and other cross functional teams, regular review with channels etc.
- Develop Sales tools and conduct trainings to various partners, channels and customers.
- Work closely with IT departments, provide business requirement on related systems development and enhancement to improve business operation consistently.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
- 5 years of marketing experience, preferable in telecommunications / ICT industry
- Creative, self-motivated, good communication skills and attentive to details
- Possess good data analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple marketing programs with tight deadlines
- Proficient in MS office applications
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
