Duties
· Handle enquiries and provide efficient and quality services to customers
· Knowledge in computer hardware, networking equipment and provide troubleshooting and maintenance
· Support team manager to handle project, administrative enhancements of branch operation
· Liaise both internal and external parties for daily operation to enhance workflow efficiency
Requirements:
· Diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines.
· 1-2 years of working experience in operation/ IT helpdesk support field
· Excellent I.T knowledge with MCSE is highly preferred
· Strong communication skill both written and spoken English and Chinese
· Good organization, attention to details, good time management and self-initiative
· Ability to work multi-tasks and within deadline
· Immediate available is preferred.
