Job duties:
- Plan and perform audit assignments
- Support senior management for IPO, M&A, restructuring and joint venture opportunities
- Prepare company secretarial documents
- Provide book-keeping services for clients
- Prepare profits tax computation
Job requirement:
- Accounting graduate from Universities/Post-Secondary Colleges/Technical Institutes
- Form 6 or above/ Diploma/ Associate Degree holder
- Able to work independently towards deadlines, responsible and hard working
- Good command of spoken and written English as well as Mandarin
- Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
- Relevant experience in CPA firm is preferable, but not a must
