We are looking for young and energetic Event Assistants with a passion for events or HR-related industry! JustWork continues to deliver brand new team building activities to our clients and we are actively looking for Event Assistants to help with the successful delivery of activity!
What you will be responsible for:
- Setup and dismantle of event.
- To provide assistance to facilitators promptly when requested
- Take full responsibility of assigned task(s) and/or station
- To promptly provide assistance to participants on-site
- TO HAVE FUN TOGETHER AND FINISH THE EVENT WITH A SMILE!
What you should be made of:
- A passionate individual with a “can-do” attitude
- Fast learner and out-going
- You do not break under pressure
- You can communicate comfortably in English and Cantonese.
- Comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment
- Highly energetic
What you should bring along with:
- Tertiary education level/University graduated
- Knowledge of hospitality/event management is preferred but not essential
- Detailed oriented
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor
- Ability to be a team player (ESSENTIAL!)
- Ability to multitask
- Customer service skills
