Duties
· Handle enquiries and provide efficient andquality services to customers
· Knowledge in computer hardware, networking equipment andprovide troubleshooting and maintenance
· Support team manager to handle project,administrative enhancements of branch operation
· Liaise both internal and external parties fordaily operation to enhance workflow efficiency
Requirements:
· Diploma or above in Information Technology or relateddisciplines.
· 1-2 years of working experience in operation/ IT helpdesk support field
· Excellent I.T knowledge with MCSEis highly preferred
· Strong communication skill both written andspoken English and Chinese
· Good organization, attention to details, goodtime management and self-initiative
· Ability to work multi-tasks and withindeadline
· Immediate available is preferred.
