Job Description
- Handle full set of accounts
- Prepare monthly financial statement
- Handle bank reconciliation and Inter-company transactions
- Monitor daily operation in account receivable and debt collection including preparation of client billing statements
- Monitor daily operation in account payable and reconciliation including all payments
- Handle petty cash & expenses reimbursements
Requirement:
- Diploma or above in Accountancy or related disciplines
- LCC Higher level (Lv. 3) certificate is required
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in accounting
- Familiar with MS office and usage of accounting software
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese.
- Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Assistant Accountant
