Who we are looking for:

A person that is excited about Linux IT systems and technology in general while still able to easily communicate with customers.

A person with helpful and friendly attitude able to provide guidance to less experienced person.

What are going to be your daily duties:

* You will install and maintain servers for webhosting company operation, these servers will be based on Debian/ISPConfig and CentOS/cPanel (we expect that you have years of experience doing this - see below)

* You will be actively monitoring the health of those servers if things go bad we expect you to act promptly

* You will be acting as a 3rd level technical support

* Later you will be planning and executing deployment of new servers as a supervisor (promotion to Systems Architect role)

Job Technical Requirements:

* At least 7 years of experience with Linux OS preferably Debian/Ubuntu and/or CentOS/RedHat* At least 5 years experience with hosting management environments such as cPanel and/or ISPConfig

* "hands-on" experience with WHMCS billing systems or similar

* Server hardware knowledge - you need to be able to disassemble, diagnose and replace faulty server parts or do hardware upgrade here in Hong Kong

* Sound knowledge of IT in general - at least 10 years working experience in the IT industry.

* Sound knowledge of IT security

Other requirements:

* Certified English skills (FCE, CAE or IELTS or similar) or native speaker.* Good communications skills written and spoken (you will be directly in touch with customers).

* Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) Speaking/Reading/Writing would be an advantage

* Any other language proficiency would be an advantage over other candidates.

Say goodbye in the letter and write your name and city&country where you currently live and whether you need visa to work in Hong Kong (disclosing full address is not necessary).
