Job Responsibilities
l Provide technical assistance/support for issues related to PC, Printer, Network Device, Server, Systems, Hardware and Software
l Support for Hardware and Software Installation
l Support for the layout, arrangement, testing and management of network cables/optical fibers and other cables in the IDC
l Respond appropriately to requests as needed: Remote/Onsite Support
l Provide Pre-sales support to sales team
l 24x7 standby for troubleshooting
Job Requirements
l Must be a HongKong Citizen
l Diploma degree in Network/Information System
l Minimum 1 year of implementation experience with business clients or end-users
l English, fluent in both spoken and written, is required
l Candidate must have excellent communication and teamwork skills Candidates should be motivated and self-starting
