Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional customer service by responding to enquiries concerning account opening, banking products through emails, live chats, and inbound/ outbound calls and help resolve customer’s queries at first contact where possible
- Provide technical support to customers on the function of the mobile banking app.
- Adhere to the bank’s procedures, policy and regulations
- Handle product or service complaint by determining the cause of the issue; selecting and articulating the best solution
- Document necessary case information and offer customized solutions that benefit the customers
- Liaise with internal departments and provide feedback to customers.
- Provide support in administrative work
Job Requirements:
- Form 5 or above education level
- At least 1-2 years of Customer service experience with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication
- Previous working experience in banking customer service centre will be an advantage
- Good understanding of general retail and SME banking products and service as well as having sound knowledge in using Mobile Banking system and bank’s operating system.
- Good command of PC applications including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Shift duty is required (Shift allowance will be provided for overnight shift)
- Immediate available is highly preferred
About Work:
- 5 days work week, Mon-Sun
- Working Location: Kwun Tong / Prince Edward
