Responsibilities:
- Daily providehelpdesk support to end-users and resolve the technical issues from them
- Perform onsite PC/Notebook installation and support on Windows OS andapplications
- Troubleshoot the hardware and software in PCs, and notebooks
- Interface directly with customer for the coordination of IT services
- Liaise with internal departments, vendors, partners on resolving fault
Requirements
- Diploma in IT related subjects
- With 2 years of practical experience in technical support on WINDOWS/MAC platform
- Familiar with Windows 10 applications installation
- Prefer having training of ITIL or have ITIL certification
- Self-motivation to solve problem independently
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a small businessenvironment
- Good command in spoken Chinese and English
