Job Duties:
- Official Microsoft 365 administration and Hyper-V Administration
- Provide 2nd line support to end-user
- Participate in help-desk projects and implementation work on hardware, software, MS Windows, Office, Outlook and networking.
- Patch management using SCCM
- Setting up and configuring Laptop/Desktop/Mac or networking devices and provide technical support.
- Manage mobile device using Intune
- Troubleshoot IT related issues and report to line manager or supervisor on the issues.
- Maintain office IT related facilities, and assist in ad-hoc separation projects.
Requirement:
- Holder of Higher Diploma in Computing Science or other relevant disciplines.
- With 4 years of working experience in IT related field and have solid help-desk or technical support background.
- Knowledge of Windows, Linux and server-based applications and network support.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and able to follow process and procedure.
- Holder of MCSE/CCNA is preferable.
- Good team player, and strong communication skill
