Senior PC Support Engineer (Insurance Project)

Job Duties:

  • Official Microsoft 365 administration and Hyper-V Administration
  • Provide 2nd line support to end-user
  • Participate in help-desk projects and implementation work on hardware, software, MS Windows, Office, Outlook and networking.
  • Patch management using SCCM
  • Setting up and configuring Laptop/Desktop/Mac or networking devices and provide technical support.
  • Manage mobile device using Intune
  • Troubleshoot IT related issues and report to line manager or supervisor on the issues.
  • Maintain office IT related facilities, and assist in ad-hoc separation projects.

Requirement:

  • Holder of Higher Diploma in Computing Science or other relevant disciplines.
  • With 4 years of working experience in IT related field and have solid help-desk or technical support background.
  • Knowledge of Windows, Linux and server-based applications and network support.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and able to follow process and procedure.
  • Holder of MCSE/CCNA is preferable.
  • Good team player, and strong communication skill
