Brand Manager

K.S. Sze & Sons Limited is looking for a high-caliber person to join their team as Brand Manager. This is a new position which has been added due to the company expanding their reach to online consumers, both locally and also in overseas markets, in particular Europe. This role is about managing, strategizing, and building the company's online brand presence. The brand manager will take the lead in creating content for and maintaining the company’s online assets; including website, e-commerce store, social media as well as suggest and run advertising campaigns and brand collaborations, perform search engine marketing and social media influencer advertising to drive further brand recognition and sales.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop a brand strategy, including corporate communications and digital marketing strategies
• Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness and online sales
• Develop and implement E-commerce strategy in order to drive website traffic and sales
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience for e-commerce platform
• Support all of the company's offline marketing initiatives, including sales events, brand collaborations, marketing collateral production etc.
• Manage different vendors for development of branding collaterals and ensure high quality deliverables and brand integrity is sustained across all brand’s touch-points
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence
• Assist with product development, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities via online and offline channels
• Perform competitor and customer insights analysis
• Reporting and analysis of sales and relevant KPIs & improve on the results.

Requirements

• University graduate in Communication Management, Branding, Public Relations preferred
• Sound knowledge of social media, content management, direct marketing and track record of running own successful digital projects
• Understanding and experience in Adobe Photoshop, Google Analytics, CMS, on-page SEO (writing for search) and keyword research tools
• Knowledge of website traffic metrics with experience improving website conversion rates
• Ability to tackle the demands of ever-evolving technological and digital marketing changes with ease
• Able to work effectively and independently with internal and external parties at all levels
• Creative and innovative thinker; proactive in researching and implementing new ideas
• Native, or advanced proficiency in both spoken and written English
