Responsibilities: 

  • Provide technical support from conceptual stage to production
  • Create product and performance specifications.
  • Prepare engineering document for costing and operations
  • Liaise with vendors for quotations.
  • Anticipate, analyze, and resolve project issues
  • Respond to customers technical enquiries and liaise with factories  
  • Attend meetings with clients to resolve any product quality, safety and reliability concerns.
  • Monitor every step of the product development process until project is released for production.

 Requirements: 

  • Higher Diploma or above in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years working experience preferably in toys industry
  • Strong technical skill with experience in costing and tooling
  • Familiar with US and Europe market’s toys quality and safety requirements
  • Ability to work independently with good problem solving and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

 Work location is near Lai Chi Kok MTR. Priority will be given to those who can be immediately available.
