Job Responsibilities

  • Assist MD to manage the meeting schedules and concerned follow-up tasks.
  • Help MD in handling projects and business activities.
  • Indepedently handle correspondences, organization meeting and take minutes
  • Complete given assignments independently and professionally within a tight schedule.
  • Assist management to develop and implement systems to improve operation efficiency and productivity.
  • Liaise with internal & external parties on business as well as personal matters proactively & independently.
  • Accompany MD to visit customers in HK

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above with Formal Secretarial Training is a MUST.
  • 3+ years of solid experience in providing secretarial support to manager or director level 
  • Possess character of friendliness, enthusiasm, honest and with strong common sense.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua) is aMUST 
  • Strong communications and adaptability, able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks
  • Past experience in insurance field is an advantage
