Job Responsibilities
- Assist MD to manage the meeting schedules and concerned follow-up tasks.
- Help MD in handling projects and business activities.
- Indepedently handle correspondences, organization meeting and take minutes
- Complete given assignments independently and professionally within a tight schedule.
- Assist management to develop and implement systems to improve operation efficiency and productivity.
- Liaise with internal & external parties on business as well as personal matters proactively & independently.
- Accompany MD to visit customers in HK
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above with Formal Secretarial Training is a MUST.
- 3+ years of solid experience in providing secretarial support to manager or director level
- Possess character of friendliness, enthusiasm, honest and with strong common sense.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua) is aMUST
- Strong communications and adaptability, able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks
- Past experience in insurance field is an advantage
