1) Build Client pool and draw potential clients as well as the new business
2) Keep a good relationship with clients so that to retail the stable P/L
3) To work with Senior Manager for building up a new business team by recruiting new staff
4) To train and coach new staff in order to achieve KPI
5) To work out the annual Sales budget and forecast
6) Follow up all the project-related timeline so that all the tasks are on track
