Key Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for payroll calculation, average daily wages calculation, MPF, taxation and benefits administration in a timely and accurate manner
  • Responsible for daily administration of HRIS
  • Handle enquiries on payroll calculation and taxation matters.
  • Assist in any ad-hoc tasks when necessary

Requirements: 

  • Diploma in Human Resources or related disciplines, with 2 years of payroll experience in sizable companies
  • Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment, Taxation and MPF Ordinance
  • Strong sense of responsibility, good time management and team spirit
  • Detail minded with analytical and organizing skills
  • Proficient in Excel and MS Office application
  • Computer literate with knowledge in operating HRIS
