Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for payroll calculation, average daily wages calculation, MPF, taxation and benefits administration in a timely and accurate manner
- Responsible for daily administration of HRIS
- Handle enquiries on payroll calculation and taxation matters.
- Assist in any ad-hoc tasks when necessary
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources or related disciplines, with 2 years of payroll experience in sizable companies
- Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment, Taxation and MPF Ordinance
- Strong sense of responsibility, good time management and team spirit
- Detail minded with analytical and organizing skills
- Proficient in Excel and MS Office application
- Computer literate with knowledge in operating HRIS
