Assistant Trainee – Trading Firm

Our client is China based Raw Materials International Trading company in Hong Kong. We are looking for high caliber individuals to join their Hong Kong Office. Successful candidate will be appointed to specific position in Shipping, Finance or Sales Department that will based on his/her performance and capability.Job Responsibility: -

• Report to the Department Head and follow up the assignment duties
• Handling the sales order documents process and PO follow up
• Responsible for record of shipment and banking documents
• Maintain the trading transaction analyst record
• Support the Department Manager for data entry and filling

Job requirements:-

• Hong Kong University graduate in Business Administration, International Business Management or any other related disciplines.
• Knowledge in Chinese Financial Report and Kingdee is plus.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a flexible and dynamic environment.
• Good team player, strong self-initiative, and commitment to achieve high quality results.
• Good communication skill, interpersonal skill and problem - solving skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken Mandarin, English and Cantonese.
• Fresh graduates and IANG holder are highly preferred.
