Job Info
Job Description & Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing the full set of accounts and consolidation reporting of the Group
- Handle budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Preparation of accounting schedule, monthly financial and management reports
- Assist in performing accounting tasks such as auditing, regulatory returns (i.e. FRR returns, ADD forms) and taxation
- Keeping company statutory records including meeting minutes and other statutory files
- Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- Degree holder in accounting
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience will be preferred
- Member of HKICPA or equivalent professional bodies will be advantageous
- Organized, detail oriented and ability to meet deadlines
- Proactive, team spirit, responsible and hardworking
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good computer knowledge and proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Experience in finance or insurance industry will be advantageous
- Knowledge in Company Secretarial functions will be advantageous
