Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing the full set of accounts and consolidation reporting of the Group 
  • Handle budgeting and bookkeeping procedures 
  • Preparation of accounting schedule, monthly financial and management reports  
  • Assist in performing accounting tasks such as auditing, regulatory returns (i.e. FRR returns, ADD forms) and taxation 
  • Keeping company statutory records including meeting minutes and other statutory files 
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned 

Requirements

  • Degree holder in accounting 
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience will be preferred 
  • Member of HKICPA or equivalent professional bodies will be advantageous 
  • Organized, detail oriented and ability to meet deadlines 
  • Proactive, team spirit, responsible and hardworking 
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese 
  • Good computer knowledge and proficient in MS Office, especially Excel 
  • Experience in finance or insurance industry will be advantageous 
  • Knowledge in Company Secretarial functions will be advantageous
