Job Description:
- Daily monitoring of the customer service department situation and report
- Resolve matter / discrepancies / follow up with China marketing department / customer enquiries
- Provide supports to the sales people
- Assist in the exhibitions in HK and overseas if required
- Coordination with shipping and accounts department
- Overall communications between HK and China marketing department
Requirement:
- Degree holder with 2-3 years full time working experience in Customer Service
- Work experience in the field of Jewellery / Watch is a compulsory
- Knowledge of jewellery software (JDB) system is more preferable
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good computer skills
