What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role

  • Support account opening process to ensure the compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct periodic review on SDD and EDD cases and provide resolution and follow up action on exceptional items
  • Assist to update the operational guidelines and manuals in accordance with legal, regulatory and internal requirements
  • Participate in projects on new process/service development, automation of new process and system enhancement/UAT to improve operational efficiency
  • Participate in ad-hoc tasks as assigned

What is required and what we’re looking for

  • Associate Degree / Diploma or above
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in banking payment operations and account opening including AML, KYC, transaction monitoring, etc.
  • Sound knowledge of HKMA regulatory requirements
  • Organized, responsible and with a drive for excellence
  • Willing to work shifts on weekends and public holidays
  • Good command of verbal and written English and Chinese
