Responsibilities:

 · Responsible for general office administration such as procurement of office supplies, office renovation, repair &maintenance of machines and office equipment and arrange air-ticket and hotel booking, etc. 

· Provide secretarial support to HR and assist in ad-hoc tasks. 

· Monitor security guards service, CCTV and alarm system. 

· Manage the reception area, answer incoming calls and greet visitors. 

· Handle correspondence reports. 

· Maintain proper filing system. 

Requirements:

· Diploma or above with relevant 2 to 3 years’ experience in performing administrative duties· Proficiency in MS Office & Chinese Word Processing 

· Well organized, self-motivated and independent 

· Good telephone manner and communication skill 

· Immediate available is preferred 

· Fresh graduate will also be considered
