Hostess 接待員

Responsibilities 職責:

• Receive and welcome all guests to the Restaurant.
• Deliver a high standard performance and customer service, including handling and processing customer complaints and queries correctly
• Answer telephones, e-mail and handle enquiries and bookings, giving a prompt and professional service
• Perform any other task assigned by supervisor
• 接待和歡迎所有客人
• 提供高水準顧的顧客服務，包括妥善處理顧客的投訴及查詢
• 接聽電話，電郵和處理要求及訂坐，給予既迅速又專業的服務
• 執行由主管安排的其他工作

Requirements 工作及學歷要求:

• Form 5 / DSE graduate or above
• Diploma or holder in equivalent certificate, professional training is preferable
• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in catering or hotel industry is an advantage
• Good food and beverage knowledge• Service oriented and good team player
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good computer skills
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• 中五程度或以上，相關文憑學歷，具相關專業技能訓練優先考慮
• 最少具一年或以上工作經驗，具酒店業經驗優先考慮
• 具相關餐飲知識
• 注重服務，善於團隊合作
• 具備良好的溝通技巧
• 良好電腦技巧
• 能操良好廣東話、英語及普通
