Job Responsibilities 

  • Handle inbound calls, retrieve voicemails & make follow-up calls to customers
  • Answer inquiries, resolve & escalate feedback appropriately
  • Maintain accurate records on all orders, inquiries & customer feedback cases

Job Requirements 

  • DSE or Diploma in business discipline
  • At least 2 years' relevant experience in F&B / Hospitality will be advantage
  • Mature thinking, well-organized and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese
  • PC Knowledge in MS Excel, Word & Chinese Word Processing
