Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, retrieve voicemails & make follow-up calls to customers
- Answer inquiries, resolve & escalate feedback appropriately
- Maintain accurate records on all orders, inquiries & customer feedback cases
Job Requirements
- DSE or Diploma in business discipline
- At least 2 years' relevant experience in F&B / Hospitality will be advantage
- Mature thinking, well-organized and able to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese
- PC Knowledge in MS Excel, Word & Chinese Word Processing
