● Handle telephone enquiries including complaints, regarding life, employee benefit and generalinsurance for customers and agents 

● Provide one stop service to customers to enhance the customerengagement level 

● Retain and enhance customer relationship 

● Communicate with customers through digital channel (LiveChat,E-mails and etc…)

Requirement

● Degree holder (Welcome Fresh graduate and IANG student) 

● 1 year experience preferred including part-time and internship,customer service experience is a plus  

● Mature, self-motivated, willing to learn and able to work underpressure 

● Customer oriented mindset with a passion to provide excellentservice 

● Excellence interpersonal and communication skills  

● Proficiency in both Chinese and English; Fluent in Mandarin would bean advantage 

● PC literate in MS Office especially MS excel and Chinese wordprocessing 

● Excellent task management and multi-task skills
