Responsibilities:
· Handle e-mail and hotline enquiries and give professionaland value-added travel advice to clients. Ability to make qualifiedrecommendations and cross sell;
· Prepare tour itinerary and quotation;
· Design promotional tour packages;
· Contact and make reservation with local & overseassuppliers;
· Respondto In-house travel arrangement.
Requirements:
· At least 2 years (continuous) in ticketing experience, Airport Ground Crew are also welcome;
· Familiar with Sabre systems;
· Excellent customer service skills. Ability to communicate clearly and share knowledge, skills and information with others in a variety of mediums;
· Good computer skills – Microsoft office and word processing;
· Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
