職責
- 規劃和管理廚房的日常運作
- 管理廚房的生產，確保食品質量，食品安全和衛生標準符合公司要求及達至 餐廳標準的一致性。
- 負責配方的準備，物料的質量管理，廚房運作的後勤和人力規劃。
- 規劃部門預算。
- 培訓和指導團隊成員以提高產品質量。
要求
- 至少有5年類似職位的相關泰國菜經驗。
- 在成本控制，食品安全標準和廚房管理方面具有豐富的知識。
- 富有創造力，具有出色的領導和溝通能力。
工作地點: 沙田新城市廣場
月薪: 視乎經驗,再面議
