工作內容 Work content:
· 負責菜單的製作及菜單的定價與成本的控制Responsible for menu production and menu pricing and cost control
· 針對顧客對菜色所反應的問題,加以檢討與改進Review and improve the customer's response to the dish
· 負責整體廚房的運作,包括日常工作、人事安排與休假管理Responsible for the operation of the whole kitchen, including daily work, personnel arrangements and vacation management
· 負責廚房衛生與督導檢查有關食品進貨、貯存及存量等問題Responsible for kitchen hygiene and supervision and inspection related to food purchase, storage and stock
· 擬定食物製作標準工作流程及菜色品質的控制Develop food production standard workflow and control of vegetable quality
入職要求 Entry requirements:
· 有責任心,誠實可靠,有管理經驗優先Responsible, honest and reliable, with management experience first
· 具有5年或以上的餐飲相關經驗Preferably with 5 years or above relevant experience in F&B field
