HR and Admin Officer
Job Responsibilities:
l Assist in for full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment and selection, staff onboarding and offboarding, compensation and benefits, payroll, taxation,MPF administration, training and development, performance management and employee relations
l Review and update HR policies periodically in compliance with local labor law and make recommendations on new regulations launched
l Conduct market analysis and understand market trends for pay and compensation structure
l Maintain proper personnel records and staff leave records
l Provide all-round office administration including but not limited to procurement of office supplies, stationery, office equipment maintenance and handle incoming calls etc.
Job Requirements:
l Degree holder in HRM or Business administration related disciplines.
l At least 2 years of HR generalist experience , having recruitment experience is preferable
l Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related statutory regulations.
l Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
l Conscientious, self-motivated, detail-minded, independent, strong analytical ability
l Good command of spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
l Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
Working time: Monday – Friday 09:00 to 18:00
Working location : Whampoa in Hung Hom
