Job Responsibilities

  • Identify potential medical professionals and to develop relationships for new business 
  • Develop patient retention strategies and build long-term relationships with new corporate clients 
  • Review market trends & competitive threats as well as to identify needs & opportunities for business development 
  • Provide ongoing progress updates on new business development and KPIs to Management 
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns such as healthcare product launches, opening ceremonies of new clinics, health talks, health screening programs, vaccination programs, etc. 
  • Work closely with in-house designers in preparing promotional materials such as posters, catalogs, leaflets, mailers and other POP materials 
  • Identify cross-promotion opportunities and organize partnership programs to maximize exposure and expand business  
  • Gather marketing intelligence for business development plans with detailed analysis 
  • Support ad hoc duties as and when required 

Requirements

  • Degree holder with 3 years marketing and business development experience, preferably gained from medical or healthcare industries 
  • Hands-on experience in online marketing preferred 
  • Excellent project management & problem-solving skills with high integrity & commercial sense 
  • Able to work with various people in different capacities and good at collaboration 
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin 
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing 

* Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Business Development Manager
