Event and Administrative Officer
Our Client is a medical and healthcare retailer in Hong Kong. They are looking for a talented Event and Administrative Officer to handle the event management and administrative functions for the company.
Major Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the internal event
- Following the instruction from HQ in order to plan and execute the event
- Communicate with customer and third party for event logistics
- Handle the administrative task for the department
Requirement:
- Diploma or above in any disciplines
- 2 years or above in event management and coordination in any industries
- Hands on experience in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong communication skills, proactive and willing to learn
- Native Cantonese with conversational level of English and Mandarin
- Chinese word processing is a MUST
- Knowledge in video editing software (e.g. Adobe) in an advantage
