Accounting Officer

Our Client is a medical and healthcare retailer in Hong Kong. They are looking for a talented Accounting Officer to handle the accounting functions for the company.

Major Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform routine accounting duties such as account payable report, monthly report and cost analysis
• Participate in ad-hoc reporting, analysis and presentation
• Develop and implement new customer payment portals
• Assist in the implementation of internal control and compliance

Requirement:

• Diploma or above with professional accounting qualifications
• 3 years experience or above, preferably in retail industries
• Strong analytical skills, detail-minded, well-organized and able to work under tight deadline
• Familiar with bill payment services in the market, especially e-payment operation such as PPS, Alipay, WeChat Pay, online banking, etc.
• Knowledge of process flow would be an advantage
• Native Cantonese with conversational level of English and Mandarin
• Immediately available is an advantage
• Less experience will be consider as Assistant Accounting Officer
