Training Admin (FULL TIME)

業務範疇是網紅培訓及自媒體教學，與本地及內地社交媒體有多項合作項目, 創作及學習空間非常大。

職責：

• 課程計劃和行政工作，負責課程業務處理，
• 處理所有社交媒體和訊息
• 跟進參與者事務，教室，直播和拍攝場地管理等。
• 支持和促進活動以及社交平台
• 共同組織活動策劃，例如在線社交媒體活動

要求：

• 證書/ 文憑或以上程度 
• 須具2-3年或以上相關工作經驗; 
• 處事主動獨立、良好溝通技巧、有有責任心，並具靈活思考及執行能力及團隊精神
• 熟悉Ms Office電腦操作及中、英文輸入法, 懂圖片設計更好
• 適合人選：對KOL培訓學校或商會類工作有興趣
• 如周末有課程便要跟進, 但可補假

The business scope is online KOL training and we-media course. There are many cooperation projects with local and mainland social media, and the space for creation and learning is very large.

Responsibilities:

• Course planning and administrative work, responsible for course business processing, 
• Handle all incoming social media leads and messages leads
• Follow up matters, classroom, live broadcast and shooting venue management, etc.
• Support and promotion activities and social platforms
• Co-organize event planning, such as online social media market

Requirements:

• Certificate/ Diploma or above
• Must have 2-3 years or above relevant work experience; 
• Active and independent, good communication skills, Responsible, flexible thinking and execution ability and team spirit, self-motivation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic graphic design
• Need to work if there are courses on weekends
• Suitable candidate: Interested in KOL training school or chamber of commerce work
